Karel Trpkoš

Deputy for Management 1. Information Technology Section, Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (Czech Republic)

Karel Trpkoš is the Chief Director of the Information Technology Section at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. He has been working in the Ministry since March 2022. He is mainly involved in IT transformation in relation to the needs of the MoLSA. He has extensive experience in this area, for example, from ČEZ Prodej, a. s., where he was the Director of the Digital Transformation Section. Now he is also the acting Director General of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic. He focuses on the transformation of this key organization into a modern institution that provides quality and efficient services to citizens. Since 2017, he has been a member of the Active Reserves of the Army of the Czech Republic.
