Lucie works in the Cyber & Privacy Team at PwC and as a post-doctoral researcher at Peace Research Centre Prague, Charles University, focusing on non-technical aspects of cyber security. She was previously a visiting scholar on a Fulbright scholarship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, USA. She worked at the Czech National Cyber Security Centre and Estonian cyber security company CybExer Technologies. Lucie also briefly worked in the Cyber Defence Section of NATO HQ and the Commissioner’s Cabinet at the European Commission in Brussels. She holds a Ph.D. from Charles University and an MA from the War Studies Department at King’s College London. She is finishing a book on state sovereignty in cyberspace and teaches a cyber security course at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University.
