Simona Kijonková

Founder and CEO, Packeta Group (Czech Republic)

She is a well-known businesswoman and visionary. She is considered as the first lady of e-commerce in the Czech Republic. She graduated with a degree in management from VŠE andfinance from UJEP. In 2010, she founded the company Zásilkovna and from it established aninternational logistics company with a turnover of over 6 billion Czech Crowns within twelveyears of existence. Currently, it is the head of the holding company Packeta, which is madeup of fourteen companies and of which Czech Zásilkovna is a part of and manages more than2 200 employees. She has gained a wide range of awards for her business and innovativeactivities. She had gained the title EY Entrepreneur of year 2017 of the capital city Prague. In 2022, she had won in the ranking TOP Entrepreneur of year 2021 of publishing houseEconomia. For several years, she is associated with leading rankings on the list of Forbesmost influential women, which placed her on the front-page in 2016 for the first time and inJune 2019 for the second time. Simona Kijonková is married and has three children:daughters Adriana and Nicole and son Jaromír.
