Tereza Vaňková is the founder and director of ReactGirls, a non-profit organization that has been focusing on helping women retrain for IT in the Czech Republic since 2019. Although Tereza studied molecular biology at Charles University, she became interested in the field of IT during her studies. Thanks to ReactGirls and other courses, she managed to retrain as a frontend developer for Gen (formerly Avast), a company specializing in cyber security, and then as a software engineer at Deepnote. At Deepnote, he is currently developing software for data analysts and data scientists.
